We share data only where necessary: with your real estate agency (to confirm transactions and settle advances), with banks and payment providers (to make payouts), and with professional advisers, regulators or law enforcement where required by law. We do not sell your personal data.

Because we operate in Hong Kong and Australia, your data may be transferred between these jurisdictions. We take reasonable steps to ensure recipients protect your data to a standard comparable to the requirements that apply to us.

We retain personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal, accounting and regulatory requirements. We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption and access controls, to protect your data.
