These terms govern your use of the website and services of RLTY Limited ("RLTY", "we", "us"), a company headquartered in Hong Kong SAR with operations in Hong Kong and Australia. By using our website or services you agree to these terms.

RLTY provides commission advance services to real estate agents, allowing eligible agents to receive a portion of a pending commission before the agency's normal payout date. Eligibility, advance amounts and fees are determined at our discretion and confirmed with your agency.

Our services are available to licensed real estate agents whose agencies have an arrangement with RLTY. Accounts are opened by invitation and onboarding only — to request an account, contact info@rlty.biz. You must provide accurate information and keep your account details up to date.

We charge flat, transparent fees which are disclosed to you before you confirm any advance. There are no sign-up fees and no hidden charges. The applicable fee for each advance will be shown in your request confirmation.

Advances are settled directly from your commission payout by your agency. If a transaction underlying an advance is cancelled, reduced or delayed, you remain responsible for repaying the advanced amount and any applicable fees as agreed at the time of the advance.

You must not misuse our website or services, attempt to gain unauthorised access, submit false or misleading information, or use the services for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms.

All content on this website — including the RLTY name, logo, text and design — is owned by or licensed to RLTY Limited and may not be reproduced without our written permission.

Our website and services are provided with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including the Australian Consumer Law where it applies.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. For users of our Australian services, mandatory consumer protections under Australian law continue to apply.
